🔒 REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Due to the hygienic nature of raw hair extensions, wigs, and custom fulfillment processes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Refunds or exchanges will ONLY be issued if:


• The incorrect item was shipped due to seller error
• The product arrived materially defective as a direct result of seller handling


To be eligible for review, customers must:


• Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
• Keep the product unused, unaltered, unworn, and in its original packaging


Refunds, returns, or exchanges will NOT be issued for:


• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect length, texture, lace type, or color selection
• Failure to review product descriptions before purchase
• Custom units, colored units, or personalized orders
• Sale items or promotional purchases
• Shipping delays after processing has begun
• Carrier-related delays, loss, or damages beyond our control


📌 CHARGEBACK, DISPUTE & FRAUD POLICY


We maintain detailed transaction records including:


• IP address verification
• Billing and shipping confirmation
• Timestamped checkout agreement
• Carrier delivery confirmation


By placing an order, the customer agrees:


• Not to file a chargeback prior to contacting customer support
• That disputes filed against these terms may be formally challenged


Fraudulent or policy-violating chargebacks may result in:


• Permanent account termination
• Blacklisting from future purchases
• Submission of evidence to payment processors and financial institutions


🚚 PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time:


Orders are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Processing begins only after payment authorization and fraud verification.


Shipping Time:


Delivery typically occurs within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier and destination.


We are not responsible for delays caused by:


• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather
• Customs delays
• Incorrect customer-provided shipping information


Tracking details are provided electronically once the order is fulfilled.


📦 DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK OF LOSS


All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation and may require signature upon delivery.


Once a package is marked DELIVERED by the carrier:


• Ownership transfers to the customer
• Risk of loss becomes the customer’s responsibility


We are not responsible for:


• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Carrier delivery issues after delivery confirmation


📌 No refunds, chargebacks, or replacements will be issued for orders marked delivered.
