🚚 PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed by China Doll Hair Co, doing business as CHINA DOLL HAIR COLLECTION, within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing begins once payment is successfully authorized.

Shipping Time:
After processing, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on carrier operations and destination.

Tracking Information:
Customers will receive tracking details electronically once the order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier service disruptions
• Severe weather conditions
• Holiday delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Circumstances beyond our control

📌 Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted once processing has begun.

📦 DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK OF LOSS

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier:

• Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer
• China Doll Hair Co / CHINA DOLL HAIR COLLECTION is not liable for lost or stolen packages
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for delivered packages
